The condo accommodates up to four guests. The primary suite has a California King bed, window air conditioning, a ceiling fan and ensuite access to the full bathroom. The common living area has a Queen sleeper sofa and TV. Sliding glass doors connect the open-plan living space to a covered lanai overlooking Turtle Bay’s golf course. A dining table seats four, with additional seating at the breakfast bar.

The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and rice cooker. An in-unit washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, linens, beach towels and kitchen essentials are provided. The single-level condo has a private entrance, air conditioning, ceiling fans and television with satellite or cable service.

Community facilities include three pools, tennis and pickleball courts, landscaped grounds and shared charcoal BBQ grills. One pool is always designated as an adults-only Tranquility Pool; the other two are family-friendly. The hotel pool, gym and certain resort amenities require separate arrangements directly with the resort. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.

Turtle Bay’s restaurants, sandy beach lagoon, golf courses and resort activities are a short walk away. Waimea Bay, Banzai Pipeline, the Polynesian Cultural Center and Turtle Bay Stables are a short drive away. One assigned parking stall is included, and a car is recommended. Geckos, chickens and other wildlife may be encountered in this coastal country setting.
