The outdoor area has a private 9 × 4 m saltwater pool, 1.3–1.7 m deep, eight sunloungers and a pergola. A furnished terrace with a barbecue provides space for outdoor meals, and an upper terrace offers views.
The upstairs living and dining room has air conditioning and satellite TV, with access to a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave and oven/stove. The upstairs laundry area has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Upstairs there are two shower bathrooms, including the ensuite of a double bedroom with air conditioning. The ground floor has a bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub, two twin bedrooms and a double bedroom. Three of the four bedrooms have air conditioning; the remaining bedroom has a fan.
