The house

Guests have access to the entire two-floor home. The ground floor contains a living room with TV, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a private terrace with outdoor dining furniture. Upstairs are two bedrooms with spacious wardrobes and a second bathroom with a bathtub. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds.

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, ironing facilities, a hair dryer, toiletries, towels and bedlinen are provided. Private parking is included. Use of the communal swimming pool requires registration at the building's reception office on arrival.

Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, shopping centres, pharmacies and other services are within walking distance. Puerto Rico Beach and Amadores Beach can be reached on foot; the nearby marina offers water sports and coastal boat excursions. Nearby taxis and bus services operate 24 hours a day. Puerto de Mogán is a short drive away.
