## About the house

This two-story townhouse has open-plan living and dining areas, ocean views, cushioned seating, a Smart TV, ceiling fans, and sliding glass doors opening onto the lanai. Upper and lower lanais provide outdoor seating and alfresco dining overlooking the Pacific, Lanai and Molokai. Winter whale watching is possible from the lawn.

The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinetry, ample counter space, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and freezer. A BBQ is also available.

The upstairs primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, private lanai and ocean view. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Guest Bedroom 3 has a king bed and full-size sleeper sofa. All three bedrooms have split air conditioning, and split AC extends throughout the home.

High-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, beach chairs, beach towels, linens and towels are provided, along with a private washer and dryer, high chair and Pack and Play. Guests have access to the shared Dolphin Pool and oceanfront Ocean Pool, tennis courts, landscaped grounds and nearly a mile of community oceanfront.

Direct beach access is a few steps across the lawn. The home has two stories, with the primary bedroom upstairs. A car is recommended. Ka’anapali Beach, Lahaina’s shops and restaurants, Napili Bay and Honolua Bay are less than a 20-minute drive away.

Smoking is not allowed. Children are welcome. A minimum-age restriction applies. Monthly interior pest control is mandatory in addition to exterior resort service; the fixed appointment cannot be rescheduled, and guests must not turn the technician away. The service window is 13:00–15:30. Scheduled 2026 dates are February 16, March 16, April 20, May 18, June 15, July 20, August 17, September 21, October 19, November 16 and December 21.
