Children are welcome. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Stays of 14 nights or longer require a mid-stay cleaning. Request complimentary kayaks before arrival. Pool fencing may be removed on request.
Getting there
A car is necessary. The shoreline directly in front of the estate is primarily lava shelf and tide pools, rather than a sandy swimming beach. Kayaks can be carried from the yard directly into the bay. Hapuna Beach and the Mauna Kea Resort area are a short drive away. Kona International Airport is approximately 30 minutes south, depending on traffic. A private elevator connects the garage and main living level. Extensive Kona and Kohala road closures during the IRONMAN Race on October 9, 2027 may affect driving routes; plan travel accordingly.
