# Puako’s Ocean Edge Modern Estate Puako, Hawaii, United States (general area) ## About the house Designed by architect Curt Cline, the estate has 4,085 square feet of interiors, floor-to-ceiling glass and approximately 3,415 square feet of covered lanai on nearly 70,000 square feet of grounds bordering undeveloped land. The main living area opens onto the lanai. Indoor and outdoor dining tables each seat 12, with outdoor lounge seating for at least 10. Four bedrooms and an office sleeping area are arranged across the residence and connected guest wing. All have ocean views, central air conditioning, ceiling fans and balcony or deck access. The primary suite includes a soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities and walk-in closet. The fourth guest bedroom has an adjacent kitchenette. The office includes a dedicated workspace; the sleeping areas have individual air-conditioning controls and blackout blinds. The main kitchen includes an island seating four, a Wolf range, dual Sub-Zero refrigerators, a wine refrigerator and small appliances. An outdoor kitchen has a Lynx gas barbecue and gas pizza oven. Two laundry areas include a Miele stackable washer and dryer near Bedroom 4 and a full laundry room in the main wing. The private 25-meter infinity pool has an acrylic ocean-end panel and is heated to 78°F as standard. Pool fencing is installed as standard and can be removed on request. Recreation facilities include a ten-seat reclining home theater with Apple TV, a ping-pong lounge, private bocce court, smart TVs and Sonos audio. Four single-person kayaks, snorkel sets, boogie boards, beach chairs, an umbrella, towels, cooler and beach bag are provided. Kayaks are free and must be requested before arrival. A private elevator connects the garage and main living level. Free garage and driveway parking and an EV charger are available. A Pack and Play is available at no charge. Bed and bath linens, toiletries, household essentials, a printer and scanner are provided. Exterior security cameras are covered and inactive during guest stays. The home is professionally managed by The LeRoy Collection at Gather Vacations, with pre-arrival and on-island support. A guided orientation is available on request during business hours. A private elevator connects the garage and main living level. Extensive Kona and Kohala road closures during the IRONMAN Race on October 9, 2027 may affect driving routes; plan travel accordingly.
