Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Only registered guests may access the property or stay overnight; visits require prior notice and guest identification for condominium authorization. Guests must follow condominium rules, must not hang items from windows, balconies or outdoor areas, and must not flush toilet paper. Guests should turn off air conditioning and lights when leaving. Identification documents for every guest are requested after the reservation is confirmed. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined by condominium management. Check-in is with an in-person host. Check-in after 22:00 is not permitted. Check-out is by 10:00; late check-out results in an additional night charge.
