Children ages 2–12 and infants are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets, parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; high-volume sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be reported in advance with their identification information. Packages cannot be received at the property or condominium. Do not hang items from windows, balconies or outdoor areas, and do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Guests must follow condominium rules. Identification documents for each guest are requested after booking confirmation. Occasional noise from condominium, neighboring or external construction may occur.
