The maximum occupancy is 3 people. Only guests included in the reservation may access the condominium. Visits require prior communication and guest identification for condominium authorization; visitors may not stay overnight. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Follow condominium rules and schedules. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes or other objects from windows, balconies or exterior areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Identification documents are requested for every guest after confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Occasional construction or maintenance noise may occur.
