Children aged 2–12 and infants are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight; visits require prior guest identification and approval. Guests must follow condominium rules and may not receive deliveries at the property or condominium. Do not hang items on windows, balconies or outdoor areas, and do not flush toilet paper. Identification documents for each guest are requested after reservation confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Occasional noise from permitted construction or maintenance may occur.
