Children aged 2–12 and babies are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; high-volume sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be identified in advance. Packages cannot be received at the property or condominium. Do not hang items on windows, balconies or external areas, and do not flush toilet paper. Guests must follow condominium rules. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Identification documents are requested for each guest after booking. The property is in a residential condominium where occasional construction or maintenance noise may occur.
