Maximum occupancy is 5 people. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Access is limited to guests named in the reservation, and additional overnight guests are not permitted. Guests must follow condominium rules and hours. Deliveries are not accepted at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes or other objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Toilet paper must not be disposed of in the toilet. Identification documents are requested for every guest after confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily closed by condominium administration. Occasional noise from condominium, neighboring or external construction may occur during legally permitted hours.

The apartment is near Beira-Mar Norte: 550 m. Beiramar Shopping is 1.1 km away, the Historic Center is 3 km away, the Public Market is 3.9 km away, Hercílio Luz Bridge is 3.5 km away, and Florianópolis International Airport is 20 km away. Several flights of stairs are required to reach the tower on foot. The condominium has one rotating garage space.
