House rules

Maximum occupancy is five guests. Visits and access to the condominium are restricted to guests identified in the reservation; any visitor must be communicated in advance with identification information. Overnight stays by unregistered people are not permitted. Children aged 2 to 12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Guests must follow condominium rules and schedules. Deliveries are not accepted at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes or other objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Toilet paper must not be disposed of in the toilet. Identification documents for every guest are requested after the reservation is confirmed. Common areas may be temporarily closed by the condominium administration. Self check-in is used without an on-site host. Linen changes and extra cleaning are available for an additional cleaning fee.

The apartment is near Beira-Mar Norte, listed as 550 m away. Beiramar Shopping is listed at 1.1 km, the Historic Centre at 3 km, the Public Market at 3.9 km, Hercílio Luz Bridge at 3.5 km, and Florianópolis International Airport at 20 km. The condominium has four towers; reaching this unit's tower on foot requires climbing several flights of stairs. The apartment is on the same level as the garage and leisure area. One rotating garage space is provided.
