House rules
The maximum occupancy is 5 guests. Access to the condominium is limited to guests named in the reservation; visitors must be identified and communicated in advance, and unregistered people may not stay overnight. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but the property does not provide cribs. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Guests must follow condominium rules. Deliveries are not accepted at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes or other objects from windows, balconies or exterior areas. Toilet paper must not be disposed of in the toilet. Identification documents for each guest are requested after the reservation is confirmed. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable.
Getting there
The apartment is near Beira-Mar Norte, 550 m away, and near Beiramar Shopping, 1.1 km away. Reaching the tower on foot requires climbing several flights of stairs. The apartment is on the same level as the garage and leisure area. Condominium parking is rotational.
