It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The villa is 5 km from Ispica. Santa Maria del Focallo beach is 8 km away and Marza beach is 13 km away. The beaches are described as a short drive away. Shops and services are 3 km away in Ispica. The entrance gate is accessed directly from the main road, and parking is directly inside the gate.

The property is for lease only. Events, parties and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Medium-sized pets are permitted, with mandatory extra cleaning in case of animals. The property is not fenced.
