Smoking, parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not accepted. Groups of young people aged 18 or younger are not accepted. There is no dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; do not use domestic sockets to charge vehicles. Bed linen and towels are not included. Optional services per booking: kitchen towels 2,00 €; towel set with one small and one large towel 7,00 €; linen for one double bed 18,00 €; linen for one single bed 14,00 €; bath mat 3,00 €; end-of-stay cleaning 60,00 €. Ordered linen is provided on arrival for the entire stay without replacement; mid-stay cleaning is not offered. The mandatory hoomy concierge service fee is 10% of the reservation. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the reservation and requires supporting documentation. A refundable deposit of 800,00 € per booking is secured by card preauthorization with the final payment. Internet, heating, personalized arrival and personalized departure services are included. Arrival is daily from 16:00 to 20:00 and departure before 10:00. Contact the agency one week before arrival to arrange the time and keys; flexible low-season times may be agreed. Cancellation is free until 29 days before arrival, costs 50% of rent from 28 to 16 days before and 100% from 15 days before or for a no-show. The optional insurance covers specified cancellation causes, unused days following late arrival and interrupted stays.

Getting there

The apartment is on the first floor and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. A stay without a car is possible. Place du grand marché is 50 m away, Prieuré sandy beach is 700 m away and Écluse sandy beach is 900 m away. Intermarché EXPRESS is 500 m away, LE PETIT PORT 700 m, Crêperie du Roy 750 m, Arthur Gardiner hospital 850 m and Dinard Golf 7 km. Nearby walks include the GR34 and Promenade du Clair de Lune; the seawater pool is at Écluse beach.
