The living area includes a sectional sofa, television, dining table for six and a dedicated desk. A private wraparound terrace has a propane barbecue, outdoor prep sink, dining table for six, sun loungers and Adirondack chairs. Shared community facilities include an outdoor pool, an open-air rancho clubhouse and landscaped pedestrian pathways. The community has overnight security. Additional amenities include a dryer, outdoor shower, crib, travel crib, high chair and cleaning available during the stay.

Playa Ocotal is a two-minute walk downhill and offers snorkeling directly off the black-sand beach. Playas del Coco is a five-minute drive. Liberia International Airport is approximately 35 minutes away. The Club at Coco Bay is minutes away; its optional membership costs extra and includes a pool with waterslide, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, yoga pavilion, spa, restaurant and private access to the Ocotal Beach Club.

Maximum occupancy is eight guests. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Pets cannot be accommodated. Respect neighbors and quiet hours after 22:00. Club at Coco Bay membership is optional, costs extra and is not included in the rental. Long-term stays are allowed.
