House rules
Parties, smoking and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children may stay as part of the group. Checkout must be observed, and unauthorized late checkouts incur an additional fee. Power outages can occur; during an outage, guests are asked to limit high-draw items. The property does not have a backup water tank.
Getting there
The villa is steps from the beach on foot. It is inside the gated Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve; hotel amenities and golf are not included unless added through the Marketplace. A rental car is described as the easiest way to explore the northeast coast, while ride-sharing availability is limited in Río Grande.
