El Combate Beach is approximately 15 minutes away by car, Cabo Rojo Salt Flats and the Las Salinas Interpretive Center are approximately 15–20 minutes away by car, and Los Morrillos Lighthouse and Playa Sucia are approximately 20–25 minutes away by car, plus a walk from the parking area. The house is in a rural setting where walking to beaches and restaurants is not practical. A car is recommended; Uber may be limited in the area.

Parties, smoking and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Pets are welcome and a pet fee applies. The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children may stay as part of the group. Checkout is at 11:00 AM, and unauthorized late checkout may incur an additional fee. The property does not have a backup generator or backup water tank.
