House rules
No smoking. Pets are not allowed. Youth groups up to age 18 are not accepted. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. A refundable €800 security deposit is required per booking by card pre-authorization. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the booking. Optional services: kitchen towels €2 per booking; towel set €7 per booking; bed linen €15 per double bed or €12 per single bed; end-of-stay cleaning €148 per booking; bath mat €3 per booking. Linen is supplied on arrival for the stay without renewal; mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Tourist tax is payable before the stay; the tax section also describes it as included in the total price, so confirm the payment treatment.
