House rules
The minimum rental period is one month. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected at reservation, it must be paid at check-in. For stays longer than 30 nights, water, electricity and gas are subject to a fair-usage policy with an included limit of €150. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied only for the first day.
