House rules

All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Go directly to the apartment and contact the team upon arrival for code-based access. For stays of 30 days or longer, an extra fee of 80€ applies to cover additional domestic-service charges, including water, electricity and gas, in the event of non-responsible use. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected at reservation, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash.

Getting there

The apartment is on the first floor. The minimum rental period is one month.
