# Princeton Cottage Sag Harbor, NY, United States (general area) ## About the house The approximately 1,540-square-foot cottage accommodates up to six guests and has an eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a living room with couches and a wood-burning fireplace, a finished basement with additional seating and a desk, and a screened-in porch. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee supplies, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Two queen bedrooms are on the second floor, and a third queen bedroom is on the main floor. A private additional sleeping area on the lower level has a sofa bed. All four sleeping areas have air conditioning. The home has two full bathrooms and a half bathroom; the second-floor full bathroom has a shower and tub, and the main-floor full bathroom has a shower. Outdoor facilities include a landscaped lawn, fenced backyard, covered patio with table and chairs, gas grill, four lounge chairs, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a private heated outdoor pool. The pool itself is not fenced. Linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washer, dryer, heating, Wi-Fi, Sonos speakers, a private entrance, hot water, smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector are provided. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation through the Elite program. Maximum occupancy is six; no additional persons are permitted. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited under the standard policy. Events, commercial activities, rotating guest groups and other non-traditional uses require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees or an increased security deposit. Reservations require approval before confirmation. One dog weighing 15 lbs or less is permitted; larger dogs, multiple dogs and all other pets require express approval. Utility fees are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $85.00 per reservation night. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. Stays longer than seven nights require one cleaning per week at the guest's expense. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. Marquis may work with the owner to reopen cancelled dates, at the owner's discretion. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after the replacement reservation is paid in full. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates if payments follow the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation starts. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments above that amount must be by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property includes up to $25,000 in damage protection, subject to the booking agreement. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with efforts to provide advance notice and schedule reasonable daytime visits. ## Property questions ## Is the pool fenced?
