Kitchen equipment includes a cooker, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is also a separate WC and basin on this floor.

On the first floor, one bedroom has a single bed and bean bag chair. Another bedroom has a bunk bed with two large single sleeping places, suitable for two adults or two children, plus a bookshelf, chest of drawers and children's bureau. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, WC and basin. The top-floor master bedroom has a super-king bed, wardrobe and window-side seat. Its en suite has a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC.

Access to a private gated garden next door is available on request. The home has central heating, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, toiletries, towels and bed linen.
