The house

The open-plan living room has large windows, three sofas and a fireplace. The dining area overlooks the terraced street, and French doors connect the kitchen to outdoor decking. There is also a planted patio and a fifth-floor balcony with a table and chairs.

The three bedrooms have natural light; the top-floor bedroom has rooftop views. Bedrooms 1 and 3 each have a double bed, while Bedroom 2 has twin single beds. A family bathroom has marbled walls, a walk-in shower and a freestanding bathtub. A single hallway daybed is available on request, particularly suited to a child.

An office space between the first and second floors has a desk, chair and printer. Facilities include free Wi-Fi, central heating, a smart TV, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. The kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. Linens, towels, toiletries and a hair dryer are provided.

Subject to availability, guests can order airport pickups and private transfers, welcome packs, mid-stay housekeeping, fresh towels and linen, extra bedding or pillows, and early or late arrival or departure. Baby cots and highchairs are available to hire.
