House rules
No smoking or vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. The home is suitable for children and infants. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; contact Veeve to request arrival outside these hours. Arrivals between 21:00 and 23:00 incur an additional fee. Baby cots and high chairs are available for hire. Cancellation at least 30 days before check-in receives a 50% refund; cancellation less than 30 days before check-in receives no refund.
Getting there
The sitting room is on the first floor, the family bathroom is on the second floor, and the twin bedroom and roof terrace are on the top floor. Primrose Hill and Regent’s Park are minutes away.
