Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Only registered guests may access the condominium, and unregistered visitors must be communicated and identified in advance. Unregistered visitors may not stay overnight. Guests must follow condominium rules and schedules. Packages cannot be received at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothing or other objects on windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Extra cleaning is available for a fee, and linen changes may be requested for the cleaning fee. Identification documents for each guest are requested after confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. Occasional construction or maintenance noise may occur.
