Can common areas be temporarily closed?
Yes, the advertised common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined exclusively by the condominium administration. Availability is subject to these possible closures.
Is identification required?
Yes, following condominium rules, Me2 requests identification documents from each guest as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
Can linen be changed?
Linen changes can be requested upon payment of the cleaning fee.
Is cleaning included?
The cleaning included in the price is only done at check-out. If the guest wants extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged.
Is internet speed guaranteed?
Speed and stability may vary and are not under Me2's control. According to the General Regulation of Consumer Rights for Telecommunications Services (Anatel Resolution No. 632/2014), the operator may have variations in service, and a refund is not applicable for this reason.
