The 68 sqm apartment is arranged on one level, with an open-plan living and dining area furnished with a Chesterfield sofa, leather armchairs and a dining table. Features include floral wall art and cast-iron radiators. The kitchen has everyday cooking equipment, a wine fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The main bedroom has a super king-size bed, panelled walls, a dressing area and a private ensuite bathroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom can be arranged with a king-size bed or two single beds; contact the sales team about the arrangement. A small terrace patio with potted plants is just off this bedroom, and guests also have use of a private rear garden.

A television, speakers or sound system, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and towels are provided. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are included. Fans are provided in each bedroom between May and September and can be requested outside that period.

Holland Park, Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are a couple of miles away. Notting Hill has independent boutiques, vintage clothing shops and Portobello Road Market.

The entrance is on the lower ground floor, reached by steep stairs without a handrail. There is no elevator. Scaffolding is currently present on the neighbouring building.

Smoking is not allowed. The sitting-room fireplace is not for guest use. The home is suitable for children and infants. Cancellations at least five days before check-in receive a full refund; cancellations less than five days before arrival receive no refund.
