## About the house

The condominium accommodates five guests and has two full bathrooms. The level-one layout includes a queen bedroom with an ensuite shower/tub combination, a separate full bathroom with a standing shower, a great room with a queen sleeper sofa, and a hallway with a built-in twin bed. A covered private balcony faces the sea.

The kitchen has counter seating, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker, toaster, dishes, utensils and cookware. Central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, multiple televisions with cable, a washer and dryer, outdoor furniture, an iron and ironing board, pillows and blankets are provided.

Colony By The Sea offers a shared outdoor pool, tennis, basketball, pickleball and volleyball courts, a playground, horseshoe pits, on-site laundry facilities and a central outdoor grilling area with a community charcoal grill. Beach access is via Colony By the Sea North Access and a private walkway with steps. Parking is limited to one vehicle.

For 2027, smoking is prohibited and bed and bath linens are not provided. Beach chairs are not provided because storage space is limited.

Oceanfront condominium with ocean views. Beach access is via Colony By the Sea North Access and a private beach walkway with steps. Walkway and stair conditions can change with weather, erosion and sand migration. Parking is limited to one vehicle. Beach chairs are not provided due to limited storage space. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.

Pets are not allowed, including short visits. For 2027, smoking is prohibited and bed and bath linens are not provided. Saturday check-in is at 16:00 and Saturday checkout is at 10:00. Optional early check-in at 13:00 costs $195 plus tax, is available in limited quantities and requires confirmation after booking.
