House rules

Maximum occupancy is 14. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. Final homeowner approval and an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions are required to confirm a reservation. Half of the booking total is due upon booking and the remainder 110 days before arrival. A credit card preauthorization of $4,900.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and payment. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable; stays exceeding 30 nights require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team with payment. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in refunds the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; cancellation after full payment is non-refundable. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home. Shipping to the local office address is available on request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text from a Park City InvitedHome team member and depend on availability.

Getting there

The Park City ski slopes are a short walk away, and historic Main Street is steps from the home. Parking is limited to two cars. Air conditioning is limited to specified areas of the main house and guest house.
