Two bedrooms have king beds, four have queen beds, and the seventh has a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Contemporary interiors feature white walls, light wood tones and natural light. An open-plan kitchen connects to the living and dining areas, with a fireplace for gatherings. The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware and dishes. A lower lounge has a wet bar, and a separate theater room provides space for movies. The rooftop patio has a private hot tub and mountain views. Free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, heating, linens and towels are provided. Air conditioning has limited coverage in the main house and guest house. Free parking is limited to two cars. For stays exceeding eight days, the Reservation Team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and payment. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable; stays exceeding 30 nights require additional cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team with payment. Cancellation before 110 days prior to check-in refunds the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; cancellation after full payment is non-refundable.
