## About the house

The pousada is in Araçatiba, on the quieter side of Ilha Grande, in Angra dos Reis. It has five suites offered in three categories: Sea View Suite, Master Sea View Suite and Back Suite. Each suite accommodates up to two guests and includes a queen bed, split air-conditioning, gas shower, Smart TV, satellite Wi-Fi, stocked minibar and breakfast. Breakfast is served on the veranda from 8:00 to 10:00. The restaurant serves seafood, including regional fish and shrimp. The pousada has a pier; boat arrival at the pier is arranged in advance. Kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are available for rent at the pousada.

Araçatiba is on Ilha Grande, in Angra dos Reis. There are no roads or cars in the area; access is by boat. The fast boat from Estação Santa Luzia in central Angra to Araçatiba takes 25 minutes. The pousada can arrange for a boat to come alongside its pier by prior arrangement. Paid parking is available near the pier in Angra. Beaches are reached by boat, kayak or trail; the listing gives the Lagoa Verde paddle as about 45 minutes.

Parties are not allowed. The pousada is in an area with no roads or cars, and there is no loud music after dinner. The stocked minibar is supplied by the pousada; guests may not store items brought from outside. Each suite accommodates up to two guests; for three or more guests, reserve two suites or contact the pousada. A Viva Angra voucher is required for each passenger before boarding the fast boat from Angra. Boat arrival at the pousada’s pier must be arranged in advance. The booking deposit is 50%, with the balance due at check-in.

## Is breakfast included?
Yes. Breakfast is included in all suites and is served on the veranda from 8:00 to 10:00.

## How does booking work?
Choose dates in the booking calendar and pay a 50% deposit through the pousada’s official booking page. The balance is due at check-in.

## What is the cancellation policy?
The 50% deposit is not refundable in cash but may be converted to credit for a new stay. When cancelling at least 15 days in advance, credit for the full amount paid is available if the new date is selected at cancellation; the credit is valid for 90 days. With less than 15 days’ notice, no credit is available unless the suite is resold for the same period. Requests must be made in writing through an official pousada channel.

Yes. Satellite Wi-Fi is available in all suites. Mobile phone signal on the island varies by carrier.
