What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 15:00–21:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Arrivals outside the usual check-in hours require prior consultation and confirmation.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not admitted.
Is electric-vehicle charging available?
Yes, subject to availability and prior request. The rate is based on the establishment's latest electricity bill, plus a small management margin; charging time may be limited to allow rotation among guests.
What are the child age limits?
The minimum age is 16 for double rooms and 3 for triple and quadruple rooms. Children of any age may stay in studios under continuous supervision by a parent or legal guardian. All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
