House rules
Check-in is between 16:00 and 23:00; checkout is at 10:00. No smoking anywhere in the house. No pets or parties/events. Keep noise down from 22:00 to 08:00. The municipal tourist tax is €2 per person per overnight stay for guests older than 13, up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights per person per stay (€14); it is payable as a single amount on the final bill. The stated cancellation policy charges the full reservation price for cancellation at any time, and the deposit is non-refundable.
