## About the house

The apartment accommodates five guests on the second floor of a building with a lift. The living area has a double sofa bed, television and dining table, with access through the living room/kitchen to a furnished terrace overlooking the sea.

The sleeping area has one bedroom with a king-size double bed and another with a single bed. There is a bathroom with a bidet and shower, plus a guest bathroom.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and juicer. Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron, hairdryer and fans are available.

Nice Airport is approximately one hour and 10 minutes away by car, Genoa Airport approximately two hours, and Sanremo train station approximately five minutes by car.
