House rules
Smoking and pets are not allowed. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Check-in is available daily from 15:00 to 23:00; arrivals between 23:00 and 06:00 incur a late check-in fee of EUR 30, paid at check-in. Check-out is before 11:00. Mandatory final cleaning costs € 40.00 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Transfer services and lockers at the Porto Welcome Centre are optional and cost extra. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only. A baby travel bed is available on request. Cancellation is free from booking until eight days before check-in; cancellation from seven days before check-in and no-shows incur 100% of the total rent.
Getting there
Keys must be collected at the Welcome Centre in Porto.
