The house

The 90 m² house is arranged on one floor. Bedroom 1 has two single beds, Bedroom 2 has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom, and Bedroom 3 has two single beds. A second bathroom has a bathtub. A cot and highchair are available on request.

The living room has a sofa, two armchairs, satellite television, air conditioning and a fireplace. The dining area shares a space with the equipped kitchen, which includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer, crockery and cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available; towels, a hair dryer and fans are also provided.

Outside are a furnished terrace, equipped porch, barbecue, garden with fruit trees, parasols and sun loungers. The chlorine swimming pool measures 8 × 4 m and is 1.1–1.8 m deep. The garage accommodates one car.

The house lies between the Buixarró and Mondúver mountains, 1 km from Barx and 17 km from Platja de Gandía. The surrounding area offers hiking, cycling and speleology. The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 26 seeking a peaceful stay; parties, celebrations, events and pets are not permitted.
