Smoking is permitted only on open terraces. The property is in a secure gated community. The cancellation policy states that cancellations more than 60 days before arrival receive the deposit less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee; cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable. Stays during December 19 through January 9 are always non-refundable.
Getting there
Heron Bay is listed as a 2-minute drive or 11-minute walk away. The property is also described as being a 10–15 minute walk from the nearest beach. Holetown is a 6-minute drive away. Assigned parking is available. Complimentary beach membership provides access to beach amenities at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel; water sports equipment rentals are available for an additional fee.
