House rules
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking results in a USD 500 fee. Cancellation terms include a 10% of total rental fee penalty for cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival; cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable. The Christmas period from December 19 to January 9 is always non-refundable.
Getting there
Heron Bay is a 2-minute drive or 11-minute walk away. Porters beaches are a short drive away. Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel provides complimentary beach membership with access to beach amenities; water sports equipment rentals cost extra. Holetown is 6 minutes by drive, and Speightstown is 13 minutes away.
