The apartment is arranged along a hallway, with two spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed. The bedroom beside the entrance has a large wardrobe and an armchair; the other has a dresser. The bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hairdryer.

The living area includes a dining table and fridge, with an open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer and moka coffee maker. Free Wi-Fi, heating, a television and an iron are available.

Bologna central station is a 10-minute walk away, and the airport is a 15-minute drive away. The historic center has a limited-traffic zone; leaving the car in a parking facility and exploring on foot is recommended.
