## About the house

Renovated in 2017, the 90 m² house occupies one floor in a quiet residential area with neighbouring homes. Outside are a terrace relaxation area, an outdoor dining table, a barbecue and a garden.

The living-dining room has two sofas, a television with national channels, sea views and dining space for six. The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven and basic cooking equipment. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, along with Wi-Fi.

There are three bedrooms and two shower bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower bathroom. This bedroom has no window of its own; natural light enters through the adjoining bathroom, which has a window overlooking the garden and sea. The second bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and sea views. The third has a trundle bed, chest of drawers and a window overlooking the side of the plot. All bedrooms have fans. A cot and high chair are available.

Son Serra de Marina has basic services and a sandy and rocky beach with shallow water. Can Picafort offers leisure activities, shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

Son Sant Joan Airport is 69.2 km away, Sa Pobla railway station 23.4 km, Port d'Alcudia ferry port 23.2 km, Golf Capdepera 22 km and Hospital Juaneda Muro 17.7 km away. The first bedroom has no window of its own. The upper terraces and fireplace cannot be used.

Pets and events are not allowed. The fireplace and upper terraces cannot be used. Dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Consult the advertiser about possible charges.
