## About the house

The villa has separate living and dining areas, air conditioning, a speaker system, satellite or cable television, and Wi-Fi. Outdoors are a private pool, large garden, shaded gazebo, outdoor seating, and a lanai or balcony. A housekeeper, cook, and waiter are included.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, and utensils. A BBQ, washer, dryer, safe, hair dryer, essentials, shampoo, and hot water are also available. Each of the four bedrooms has air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed, and Guest Bedroom 4 also includes a futon/daybed.

The villa is in a private gated community within the 7,000-acre Casa de Campo resort on the southeastern coast. Resort facilities include golf courses, an equestrian center, shooting center, tennis center, spa and wellness facilities, beaches, restaurants, Altos de Chavon, and a marina. Resort registration is required and charged separately.

Concierge arrangements are available for private travel, airport transfers, yacht charters, car rentals, grocery pre-stocking, arrival assistance, tours, excursions, dinner reservations, activities, catering, yoga, in-villa massages, and additional staff.

Minitas Beach is a five-minute walk away and 0.5 miles from the villa. The Marina, Golf Pro Shop, and Equestrian Center are 2.2 miles away; Altos de Chavon is 3.6 miles away, the Tennis Center 2.3 miles away, and the Shooting Center 2.9 miles away.

Smoking and pets are not allowed. A seven-night minimum stay applies during Christmas and New Year. An 18% service fee and Casa de Campo resort registration fee apply separately. A security deposit equal to one night's stay is required. All guests must register before arrival. Resort registration is $25 per adult per day for guests aged 12 and older, $12 per child per day for ages 4–11, and complimentary for children under 4; fees are paid directly to the resort. Registration provides access to the Equestrian Center, Shooting Center, Tennis Courts, Casa de Campo Spa, golf courses and advance tee times, Fitness Center, pool and beach towels and chaise lounges, and Central Romana Medical Center services.
