## About the house

The home accommodates up to 16 guests in six bedrooms, with four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The first and third levels each have a king ensuite with a private bathroom. The middle level has a queen bedroom sharing a bathroom with a twin bedroom, and a king bedroom sharing a bathroom with a bedroom containing two duo bunk sets. Each duo bunk has a double bed below and a twin above.

The open-plan great room has vaulted ceilings, natural light, a furnished living area and a TV, adjoining the kitchen and dining space. The kitchen includes cookware, dishes, utensils, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers. Front and back decks provide outdoor seating, and the hot tub is on the upper back deck.

Shared Schooner Ridge facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, indoor courts, pickleball courts, a gym and a playground. These are community facilities rather than a private pool at the home. The community beach walkway is at the oceanfront community pool. Duck Village is a short stroll or bike ride away, with shopping, waterfront dining and the soundfront boardwalk.

The home includes central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, streaming TV, multiple TVs/DVDs, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, five beach chairs, a charcoal grill, a basketball hoop and an outdoor shower. Municipal water and outdoor furniture are provided. The Welcome Program supplies a limited arrival starter kit with paper towels, dish soap, a trash bag, bathroom hand soap and toilet paper; guests supply additional consumables for their stay.
