The house

The home sleeps six guests and has an open-plan kitchen and dining area with a dining nook, breakfast-bar seating, microwave, coffee maker and dishwasher. The living area has a sofa, armchairs, TV and split-system air conditioning; heating is also available.

A covered patio provides a BBQ and outdoor dining setting overlooking a grassy backyard and partially shaded private pool, with deck chairs for relaxing.

All three bedrooms have ceiling fans. Bedroom 1 has a queen-size bed, bedside tables and reading lamps. Bedroom 3 includes a desk for work or study. The bathroom has a shower, vanity and complimentary toiletries. A private laundry contains a washing machine and basin; a hair dryer and iron are also available.

Port Willunga Beach is a 15-minute stroll away, and the wineries of McLaren Vale are a 10-minute drive away. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street. Guests must climb stairs. Safety equipment includes a fire extinguisher and smoke detector, and security cameras are present.
