House rules

No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. The house does not have a dedicated electric-vehicle charging socket; do not use domestic sockets for charging. Bed linen and towels are not supplied and can be ordered as optional services; ordered linen is supplied for the stay with no replacement, and mid-stay cleaning is not provided. A concierge service fee of 10% of the booking applies. A refundable deposit of €800 per booking is required as a credit-card pre-authorisation. In summer, street access is reserved for residents, and a provided badge is needed to access the house by car. The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
