Children aged 2 to 12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and parties or events are prohibited. Guests must follow condominium rules and quiet hours: no loud noise from 22:00 to 08:00. Only registered guests may access the condominium; visitors must be identified in advance, and unregistered visitors may not stay overnight. Identification documents for every guest are requested after the reservation is confirmed. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes or other objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Toilet paper must not be disposed of in the toilet. Guests are responsible for fines or damage. Check-out after 10:00 may incur an additional daily charge. Linen changes and extra cleaning are available for an additional cleaning fee; included cleaning is performed only at check-out.
