Self check-in is used. Check-in is from 14:00 to 23:00 and check-out is by 10:00; late check-out after 10:00 results in an additional daily charge. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be reported in advance with identification details for condominium authorization. Parties and events are prohibited, smoking is prohibited indoors, pets are not allowed, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Do not hang items on windows, balconies or outdoor areas, and do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Deliveries are not accepted at the property or condominium. Guests must provide identification documents after the reservation is confirmed and follow condominium rules. Children aged 2 to 12 and infants are accepted; cribs are not provided.
