Self check-in is provided without an on-site host. Check-in is from 14:00 to 23:00 and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00; departure after 10:00 incurs an additional daily charge. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and high-volume sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not permitted. Only registered guests may access the condominium; overnight stays by unregistered people are not permitted. Guests must follow condominium rules, may not receive deliveries at the property or condominium, and may not hang items outside. Toilet paper must not be disposed of in the toilet. Identification documents for each guest are requested after confirmation.
