Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but no cribs are provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be registered in advance. Guests must follow condominium rules and may not receive deliveries at the property or condominium. Do not hang items from windows, balconies or outdoor areas, and do not flush toilet paper. Identification documents for every guest are requested after booking. Common areas may be temporarily closed. Self check-in is provided without an in-person host. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00; late check-out after 10:00 may incur an additional night charge.
